They use two main techniques: industrial sewing with heavy-duty thread and high-frequency heat welding, which fuses the PVC pieces together to create a super-strong, airtight bond.
- Reinforcement: We sew extra layers of PVC reinforcement on all high-stress areas, like the bouncing surface, entrances, and where the walls meet the floor.
- Finishing: We add all the final touches, like the blower tube, anchor points, and safety netting.
- 24-Hour Inflation Test2: Every single inflatable is inflated for at least 24 hours. We check for any leaks, structural issues, and ensure it matches the design perfectly. This quality control step is non-negotiable for us.
